Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship via standard carriers within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Research Use Only Notice
All products are shipped strictly for laboratory and research use only, in accordance with the Terms of Service. By placing an order, you confirm the products will not be used for human or animal consumption.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
